International Network on Therapeutic Jurisprudence
A network dedicate to promoting "Therapeutic Jurisprudence" (TJ), which concentrates on the law's impact on emotional life and psychological well-being. It is a perspective that regards the law (rules of law, legal procedures, and roles of legal actors) itself as a social force that often produces therapeutic or anti-therapeutic consequences.
Julius Stone Institute of Jurisprudence
Established in 1999, Julius Stone institute of Jurisprudence serves as a focus for theoretical scholarship in Australia.
Western Australian Legal Theory Association (WALTA)
The aim of the Association is to promote high-level scholarly discussion on subjects related to legal theory through debates, academic publications and conferences.
